Heartland Adult Residential Facility is an assisted living facility based in Los Angeles, California, designed to serve adults, both male and/or female between the age of 18 and 59 with ambulatory and non-ambulatory capability who require care and supervision.
Our Mission Statement
Our mission at Heartland Adult Residential Facility is to advocate and promote consumer choices, independence, and well-being in a healthy, supportive, and culturally sensitive environment.
Our dedicated and compassionate staff provides care and supervision 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We care for adults with physical and intellectual disabilities along with mild to moderate health care needs.
It is the sole purpose and goal of our home to provide residential care to adults aged 18 to 59 years. Thus, you and your family can be assured that all services we provide your loved one with will always be according to those that the resident wants and needs—based on the individual’s pre-admission assessment along with the needs and services plan. Accordingly, subsequent resident appraisals can require for additional basic services.
